payment and delivery terms

Payment is made at the time of order placement. Shipment date depends on the product category:

products from the in stock category will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment

shipment date of the products from the coming soon category will be specified on the product page

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated individually. You will receive a shipping invoice via email once your order is ready for delivery.
The order will be shipped within 3 business days upon payment for delivery.

For US customers, the product is shipped from the warehouse located in Brooklyn, NY.
For UK customers, the product is shipped from a warehouse located in London, UK.
For EU customers, the product is shipped from a warehouse located in Varna, Bulgaria.
