payment and delivery terms
Payment is made at the time of order placement. Shipment date depends on the product category:
products from the in stock category will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment
shipment date of the products from the coming soon category will be specified on the product page
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated individually. You will receive a shipping invoice via email once your order is ready for delivery.
For US customers, the product is shipped from the warehouse located in Brooklyn, NY. We use UPS services for delivery inside the US.
For EU and UK customers, the product is shipped from a warehouse located in Varna, Bulgaria.
Please note, that we use DHL services for delivery to EU and UK and shipping cost depends on your country.
